Responsibility
Secure Safety, 5S, Standardized work and Andon in station area.
Continuously observe safety risks and act to avoid.
Supervise machine and perform quality controls to identify and immediately act on deviations to minimize losses.
Block deviated units, analyze, identify root cause, and log result.
Perform 1st line analysis when deviations or problems occur.
Work proactively with Maintenance team to avoid disturbance of the flow.
